A great deal of the customers have been buying from Gay and Freda for many years and they have developed a knowledge of their individual needs – whether that means having the fish skinned and boned, tail pieces for kids or smaller portions for older people – they try to accommodate customers as much as possible.

There is no delivery charge but a minimum order of €60 is required. A smaller amount can be ordered for the first delivery to give people a chance to try the product. Also, it suits some people to go together with one person taking delivery.

Nowadays, we are being encouraged to eat more fish as part of a healthy diet. The convenience of having quality seafood in the freezer enables people to do this.
