4 salmon or thick white fish fillets, 3 tbls soy sauce, 3 tbls sweet chilli sauce, 2 inch piece fresh ginger grated.

Place fillets in an ovenwear dish, mix other 3 ingredients together and pour over fish. Bake in moderate oven for approx 20 minutes turning fish half way through cooking.



Cod or haddock, skinned and cubed, broccoli, tin campbells mushroom soup, curry powder. For the topping use either mashed potato, buttered crumbs or crushed cheese and onions crisps mixed with cheddar cheese.

Lay fish in a buttered ovenproof dish, lay parboiled broccoli florets on top, mix soup with curry powder and pour over fish and broccoli. Spread over one of the toppings and bake for approx 30 minutes.
